At SFI, Inc. we offer precision CNC machining for a range of applications across a spectrum of industries. Our newly expanded, modern ISO 9001:2015 certified and accredited facility features vertical machining centers and twin spindle turret lathes.

We specialize in the machining of complex parts rapidly and affordably with consistent high quality results, maintaining tolerances to ±.0001”. All phases of manufacturing are carried out on-site, utilizing such machining processes as milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and turning.

These capabilities allow us to machine most metals and plastics including aluminum, steel, brass, bronze, ABS, nylon, and plastic, in sizes up to 60” in length, 25” in width, and 14” in height.

We can turn components up to 9” in length, and 15” in diameter and our heavy lifting equipment can handle up to 5,000 lbs. Our machines boast features such as 4 axis, live tooling, three and four jaw chuck fixturing, and pallet workholding.
